SoftCrafter offers two main billing models:

  • Recurring/Subscription Packages (e.g., Marketing Services, Hosting): These are ongoing services billed monthly or annually. They auto-renew unless cancelled and often include continuous support, updates, or deliverables. You can manage them in "My Services."

  • One-Time/Project-Based Packages (e.g., Logo Design, Website Development): These are fixed-scope projects with a single upfront or milestone-based payment. After completion and delivery, the project is marked as "Completed" and does not renew. Post-launch support may be offered as a separate add-on or limited-time period.
    The billing model is clearly stated on each package's description page.
