  • Cancellation (by Client): This is your action to turn off auto-renewal for a subscription service. The service remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it will expire and be suspended. No immediate service interruption occurs.

  • Termination (by SoftCrafter): This is the permanent deactivation of a service before its expiry date due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abusive behavior, illegal activity, non-payment of overdue invoices after warnings). Access is revoked immediately, and no refund is provided.
    You can cancel anytime; we recommend termination is avoided by adhering to our policies.
