If you wish to cancel automatic renewal for a service:
Go to "My Services".
Click "Manage" on the relevant package.
Find the "Auto-Renewal" or "Billing Settings" section.
Toggle the Auto-Renewal switch to "Off".
Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid period but will not be charged again. No immediate cancellation of active service occurs.
